DEBC is the place to be

No gimmicks at
the DEBC, it really tastes as awesome as it looks. The artwork has the ability to draw people
in, but the contents within the can are what keep bringing people back. The atmosphere during the tours is another
thing that is hard to capture. You can
see the people having a good time, but it really felt like a family
get-together more than a tour as strangers convened and conversed about beer.
A fan is born

This was also
one of the coolest things that I’ve had the opportunity to take part in. Watching the bottling and canning process
while learning how beer is made was enlightening and extremely fascinating. I could definitely see another story on just
the beer making process. Sort of makes
me want to try my hand at it, but it would take years before I could reach the
same level of the Deep Ellum boys.
Let’s drink to that
If you haven’t
had the pleasure of seeing the teasers that led up to the feature, head on over
to my twitter @Zamora_Gabe to see what you missed. What’s your favorite brew or what do you
think of the Deep Ellum Brewing Co.? Let
me know in the comments, and of course be sure to check out the DEBC website
and like them on Facebook. Remember,
support your local brewery and drink less, but drink better as Jeremy and Zack
would tell you!
